Scheduling work days, set to every Thursday for lunch together and two to three hours of the entire team working in the same space.
Scheduling work during "holiday/no class" periods taking in account everyone's own set availability days and areas of work.
Organized two playtest sessions with students of the degree. Created the playtesting pre and post gameplay questionnaire. Directed the session, presenting the rules of the playtest. Analizing the results afterwards to share and discuss with the team.
Check up on team members regularly, solved misunderstandings and mediated in conflicts of interest and opinions to the best of my abilities. Made an anonymous 360 peer evaluation to help lower frustrations between members and/or motivate slacking members by getting and giving both positive and negative feedback in a neutral way. Established a weekly voting for "Top team member of the sprint" with a snack as a prize (as well as team recognition) to encourage healthy competition and performance assessment.
